ShareWith is a Ruby library that provides a templating method to arrange sharing services, from social networks or similar, using a simple YAML file. It handles single services and collections, providing also a cache-in-memory mechanism to avoid recompiling from the YAML templates every time they are called.
Ruby application born as a complement for zypper command line, that helps on finding new packages in the two well known search-engines: Packman and the openSUSE software search. The main goal is to navigate, through the command line interface, through the info provided, to get the URL references that might be used from a third tool to download the packages or also to add the repository itself.
A simple script that implements all the steps discussed in the Upgrading openSUSE with zypper article in an interactive mode, taking advantage of the ZypperUpgradeRepo CLI application.
FilterRename is a bulk renaming tool, based on the concept of filters as small operations to perform over sections of the full filename logically organized in targets, like name, extension, path, full_path. These filters can also be organized in macros and recall some specific metadata in mp3, jpg, and pdf files to create the final filename.
